Frequently asked questions
A social media manager is someone who looks after your business on social media so you don’t have to.
They plan and create your posts, write captions, design visuals, schedule content, and make sure your pages stay active and on-brand. They also help you connect with your audience by replying to comments and messages and building real relationships with your followers.
The goal isn’t just to “post stuff” — it’s to grow your brand, build trust, and turn attention into real customers over time.
We start with a discovery call to understand your business, your goals, and the message you want to share. From there, we build a content plan that shows what to post, when to post it, and how to tell your story in a way that connects with people.
To keep your brand visible and consistent, our minimum service includes three posts per week, delivered across a full month.
This is an optional extra, but it’s already included in our larger packages. Some businesses create great content themselves, and I can edit and shape it to fit your story. If you need more support, I also offer full content creation — including photos, videos, and even drone footage — as part of selected packages.
It really depends on your business and what you want to achieve. Pricing is monthly, so some businesses choose to try it for just one month to get things moving.
That said, I always recommend committing to at least three months. Social media is competitive, algorithms change often, and it takes time for content to gain traction. To grow your presence naturally, you need consistent posting, clear strategy, and regular engagement.
Absolutely! Paid ads can be a powerful way to reach people who are already looking for what you offer. That said, they’re not the best starting point for every business. It’s important to first build a strong foundation — sharing your story, showcasing your brand, and making sure your pages reflect your business in the best way. Once that’s in place, paid ads can then bring people straight to a page that truly represents you.
